Fred,

If all you want to hold is just the car and not have room for a "shop" then a smaller trailer should be fine. Trailex (ww.trailex.com) makes some nice aluminum enclosed trailers with a v shaped front. One of our former Cobra owners (Aging Racefully) has one and LOVES it.

Believe it or not, a 20-24 foot enclosed (like Freddie and I have) will only hold one car but have about 4-8 feet left over for generators, tool bench, etc. My 24 foot Pace weighs about 3500 lb without a car and all the other "stuff" that's in there, so depending on what you are towing (in your case a Cobra) it gets real easy to have 6-7,000 lbs behind your vehicle. That is why those Trailex's are so nice, real light. Enclosed is great if you are concerned about weather and debris on the highway. I bought mine used, and if you have time, it is what I would recommend. The brakes and axles need checking as they are the most expensive items to replace.

Good luck
