You can't imagine anyone putting a small block in a Cobra? Well, obviously 'ol CS (no matter what we think of him now) imagined it. I think the 260 and 289 Cobras were pretty sucessful cars. The 302 is even bigger than those motors.

I vote small block. Yes, I freely admit I couldn't have afforded a BB if I wanted one. But I like the light weight, price of parts and ease of upgrade of the small block.

Cranky, are you going to count the number of BBs up at Watkins Glen? Think you might need a calculator.
