Don't know what your budget is, but if you have the time and money building a strong bullet for your Cobra is a great way to spend money during the winter. As Mr. Fixit said, you have to build a engine to match your objective or plan. I have always found adding blowers, turbos, nitrous or other external power enchancers will cause bigger problem down the road if your engine wasn't build to handle the extra load. You need to determine how much you think you want or need. If you are not interested in doing that, I recommend you do a good tuneup on your Winsor. A properly tune Winsor usually doesn't have a flat spot. Spend a couple of bucks and take to a shop that has a chassis dyno put a O2 sensor in the exhaust system and find out what's going on.
