Unless you just want to do it for the heck of it, I'd suggest having the heads done by a pro. Those heads as cast will make plenty of HP. About the best thing us amatures can do with heads is a little gasket matching and cleanup if there's any casting flash.

I you want to be really particular about the build, the heads and manifold should be fitted to the block and port matched to eachother. Deck height on the block can make a lot of difference in how they fit and line up. Even the machining on the heads and manifold when new can be suspect. I'd also strongly suggest using studs instead of bolts for aluminum heads.
