Two possibilities I would try. #1 and the cheapest is to take it to your local radiator shop and have it repaired. They'll boil it out, fix the leak, pressure test it and you'll be out maybe $25. #2 is to call your local parts house with the dimensions and have them source on for you.
Do you have your cooler equipped with AN lines? (NPT/AN adaptor fitting) Just asking because sometimes the fittings can leak where it goes into the line or even at the threads if a little burr or dirt got inside on the bevel.
