Probably a good question that needs to be mocked up to see if it will fit, and work. A lot of MII stuff is getting harder, and harder to find, and a lot of late Mustang ('79 - up) fits with little or no modification. Late steering rack is a good example.
This is conjecture, but it would seem that IF the power booster fits, it would work. The OEM master cylinder would probably work with an 11" rotor front disk, and OEM drum brake rear. If converting to disks, you'll need the corresponding master cylinder that matches the rear disks used. Mine were '87 - '89 T-bird Turbo Coupe from the SVO rear disk brake conversion kit M-2300-C. Others are using Explorer rear disks, so you'd need the Explorer master cylinder.
