NICE PIC

Looks like a floating single piston caliper. So the e-brake forces the whole caliper inboard (on the car) relative to the mounting bracket? As long as there is no big air gap between the outboard pad and the rotor, you should be able to do it. But I have never done that style, so this is only speculation.
