There are two different heights of otherwise identical windsor motor mounts available. I can't tell how far off your's are in the picture. If you leave the bolts loose until they are all in place then tighten up, that can work, but it may place undue tension on the rubber mounts. Not the best solution, but it has been done before, is to "oval" all the holes (just on the replaceable mounts) so they can line up. Not the recomended method though. It's nice when everything just lines up to start with though.
