TP's can be a lot of fun...lol
I run a TP in my car and let me say that it's giving me plenty of performance. I had to do a bit of work to get it running right but now that it is, it's totally awesome. I changed the pistons from 12:5:1 to 10:1 and put in a Crane cam 579-605 lift 280-290 duration. Although I have had MANY manifolds for it, I'm now running a single 4 with a Holley 780 DP on it. Due to the flow of the engine I had to increase the jet size 4 times but the results have been well worth it. The car is at Cobra Automotive right now and I'm going to see if they can put it on a chassis dyno to see where it's at HP wise. The last time they had it there they also had a Kirkam in the shop that they had installed twin turbo's on. They said in their opinion that my TP was just about as much motor as that twin turbo so I think that about says enough...lol. AND, it looks totally awesome too. I'll update my pics in about a week when I get the car back for anyone that's interested in TP pics. Anyhow, that's just my humble opinion of the TP, it's working very nicely for me and I find it to be pretty streetable.
