I "smoked" my T/A's as an "excuse" to go with something better. That "smoking" 'em part was a riot, more fun than one should be allowed, lol.

Yokohama DOT autocross tires (AO32R) were my choice! I would do it again in a second! The additional traction of ANY DOT race tire is SO far superior to T/A's there is no comparison. In my opinion, it borders on "reckless" to NOT get the stickiest tires you can find with the light weight and horse power of a Cobra! These cars are all ready "dangerous" (don't you love it)!
