First off, 302 and 351W oil pans are not interchangable. But, Canton, Milodon, and (I think) Moroso make baffled pans for 351W in 9qt, and 8 qt varieties.

A baffled road race oil pan, and preferably a windage tray along with it is a MUST HAVE on a Cobra. Doubly so on a GT40. Even if your driving only consists of not slowing down for Freeway/Interstate/Turnpike on ramps. These cars corner so violently that use of an OEM passenger car oil pan nearly guarantees uncovering the oil pickup, loss of oil pressure, and damaged bearings. An Accusump is added insurance, but not a replacement for the correct oil pan.
