The oil in the exaust is not a good indicator. Could be blown intake or head gasket (depending on the volume) or worse yet a cracked head. Check for water/coolant in the oil (and/or) oil in the cooling system. As for oil pressure check, the shear pin in the distributor shaft in the gear or the drive shaft itself.
