Thumbs up Wanta see Cobras ????

I went out this weekend and saw lots of Cobras besides mine. Factory Five had a showing of about 50 Cobras, and their new Daytona Coupe at Sears Point last weekend. It was a good show and the racing was good. Try watching Cobra Forum.com site they are mostly Factory Five owners. I heard there were a few snakes up at Thunderhill for the open track this weekend and Mosconi Center had a car show featuring several original CSXs. Good Guys auto show in Pleasanton always draws some (from 2-20). Mini Nats at Sears Point is good for lots of snake. Try watching the Shelby American Auto Club site for events (mostly Cobras). There is another car show that happens in Alameda in the fall that draws lots of Cobras (don't remember the association name)

This weekend was a bonnanza for Cobra watching. Some week ends are real Cobra gold mines, but you have to watch for them and the internet is a great place to watch. Check out some of the photo galleries on this site.

PS
I own the ugliest Cobra for now. I am doing the body work on it, so it has no gelcoat, lots of body putty, is dull gray, pink, green and blue. I am hoping to get the first prime coat early in December.
