I would bet that the problem is at the outer end of the right lower control arm. If the problem was at the inner end, the wheel would probably have to pivot forward to have toe-in. Check the outer pivot bolt and bearings on the right side too. Mine had a stripped front nut and the bolt backed out (to the rear) and allowed the wheel to toe in under power and out when coasting. Apparently the nut on the front of the pivot bolt must be fully bottomed out on the shoulder at the front of the pivot bolt in order for the bolt to properly position the upright/hub carrier.
