I agree with you guys on the 200K restoration - I think that what you aren't considering is the profit factor - and in this case, noting the incorrect tie downs and clamps on this wiring harness as pointed out by Computerworks, I would say that the profit factor must have been pretty high!

I wonder how much it would cost to build a Cobra from scratch using available components? Say you came into possession of a CSX number from a totalled and disposed of car and you wanted to build it.

I think you can buy every single component either from Shelby or Kirkham or McCluskey....whether it be a complete body or gas tank or rear end.....

I am sure it could be done for a lot less than $200,000.
