I think you might like the Kirkey "road racing" seat. I found a good selection and photos at Behrents racing seats
http://www.behrents.com which is well padded, upholstered and offers a headrest.
I can't afford one yet but this would be my choice. Maybe I'll buy one for the driver side and then go for the passenger side later.
