Brent,
Well said my friend, very well said indeed. We do not mean any harm with what we do (at least most of us), we just enjoy what we have, nothing more, nothing less. Would anyone expect differently......
Yours in Fords,
Bill S.
PS: So, what did you get for Christmas .

Carroll & Wayne, best wishes for a Merry Christmas to you and your families!
Carroll, please understand that generally, we are all very appreciative of these truly magnificent cars. Every kit is a tribute to the magic you've created, and I would think most of us would just want you to truly understand exactly that. Personally, I can't afford an original at this time, but I work very hard for the things I aquire, just as any wealthy man might, and I found an affordable alternative, which is inspired by your wizdom, creativity, and passion. I don't know anyone who tries to pass their cars off as originals, but somehow your name always comes up in the conversation about them. Carroll, you're inspiration to all of your loyal enthusiasts, and that's where the contension lies. We promote your good name tirelessly, sharing the incredible stories with people who would not have experienced them otherwise. In return, many times we feel as though our good will is looked down upon. We understand that our cars and maybe our financial situations will never be up to par with your orginals and their owners, but you'll never find more loyal and enthusiastic promoters of the Carroll Shelby name. This is why many of your actions cause a stir. It is true that people act much differently behind a pc screen, but please understand Carroll, that we're looking for an opportunity to share with you....Will you share a little with this loyal group of enthusiasts too?
Again, I whish a Merry Christmas, and I look forward to your participation here.
