Terry Lee, If you are near any of the big race tracks in Florida, there is probably a store that sells helmets nearby. I agree with those that recommended trying them on. Every style seemed to fit differently, even in the same size from the same manufacturer. You want it to be snug. I don't know when the new Snell standards come out, but you might want to check so that you don't buy one just before they make a new helmet, since these things do "expire" and you can't use them on the track if you don't have the acceptable Snell code. Usually they are good for several years, though.
