I hope you are correct. We have some people here that own property in other areas and actually spend Summers there but about two years ago the state started looking for people who were registering their trucks and motor homes there to avoid the big weight charges and one guy almost had to sell his property to pay all the fines and charges and then register all of his vehicles here. I think they used the primary residence thing to get them. But living in Washington is like another planet compared to Calif. In fact almost any place is. I spent 11 months at Ft. Lewis a long time ago. In fact the World's fair was in Seattle while I was there and I also went to watch the Elvis movie they shot up there at the Fairgrounds.
