There is really nothing wrong with the MustangII setup. It's just that it's 2" too wide to work right with my Trigos, and it's UGLY.
I could spend $500 for a set of shorter control arms that would solve the problem of width, but also cause problems with handling.
There are hubs that I could get for $800 that would move the wheels in without changing the arm length.
Both of these solutions leave me with a stock spot welded Ford cross member that looks out of place in my highly polished, FE filled, engine compartment.......
It just seems that the proper thing to do is use British parts at the front that would better balance the Jag parts at the back end. The ready to run price is about the same as the MII setup, but it will look alot nicer, and should add to resale value.
