I wouldn't count on "re-sale" value as ANY part of the reason to up-grade.

Handling? I don't think you'll gain much and could loose some. Stang II set up correctly would be as good or better, certainly easier to dial in.

Beauty\clean is a good reason, and can't hurt re-sale, I just don't think the "pay back" will be in-line with the "effort\expense" to convert.
