If the box is right, they are also for a short stroke motor. They are for .030" overbore if I'm reading right. The valve reliefs look even bigger than tunnel port size.
They would make a killer destroked 427 for track use. Just stuff them in an aluminum block, add a steel billet crank, some trick rods and a set of flowed TP heads and a radical roller cam and top it off with a serious Webber set up or injection and voila! 800hp@8500rpm!
I'd like to see one of those poked and stroked SB's keep up with it!
