I never expected to generate so much interest in a thread. It is probably because I have one of those small "toy" type dogs; however, he is really a big dog in a small body. At 4 months old my 7 pound pooch and I have been out running together on snow paths at below freezing without stopping for several miles at a stretch. When we are not playing or running, he is very laid back. I started the thread so that I could drive in my Cobra instead of another car to serious workout locations in the summer and could take the dog along as a training partner. You guys will probably really think that is crasy.

Perhaps if my dog was a big brute and was more macho to fit the macho Cobra image, you would not have reacted so well. So of you guys have been smelling the gas fumes too long.

Sorry about using the term Cobra noise. You are correct. It is not noise but load music instead. I love feeling the sound, but my ears and the ears of creatures around me will get damaged if exposed too loong and constantly to LOUD Cobra music or any other loud sounds.

Speaking of guns, I am a track and field starter. I sometimes shoot over 200 rounds in a single day. I know how to protect myself. I do not know about dogs. Well maybe I do know how to protect some of the 2 legged dogs among us.

Keep the comments coming. I am really enjoying this. If any of you have a solution, it will be much appreciated. If not, your observations will be entertaining.
