Talking Getting past the NBC staffers...
Just tried something to get past the human firewalls.

Sent a letter directly to Leno under the firm's letterhead via certified mail.

Starts of with:

"Dear Mr. Leno:

No, you are not being sued. This will be a lot more fun..."
