I picked up my kit in November so I assume I have the new ones and they look nothing like that. They are 2 pieces of flat steel welded like a hinge, with a stiffener in between to keep pieces at a proper angle. If you need some pictures to help out let me know. Also the motor mount part numbers you posted earlier is what I installed in the car last month. Seem to align everything properly.
