I am not sure but if you contact one of the collector car places they may be able to help you. I watched a show on T.V. about a month ago about some guy trying to get a car from Canada into the U.S. and they said the easy way to get a car from or to any foreign country was to use a broker I think they called them. Anyway they are peole that just do this kind of thing for a living and they know all the paper work and crap you have to do. I wish I could remember the name of the outfit they used. Hope this will give you some idea of how to proceede.
