I ordered by
oil pan by letter after e-mails back and forth to determine type of pan and shipping costs. Sent a check for the full price and was told I would have pan in two to three weeks. He cashed my check in November. I still have not received my
oil pan. I called him three weeks ago and his office clerk said pan was at the platers. I called again last week and talked to the same person, I heard her ask where my pan was and she said it was at the platers and she would send it the next day.
The only reason I ordered my pan from Armandos is because of all the positives that were placed in this forum.
I don't care if the
oil pan comes this week. Armandos has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction.

Please don't tell me about your great oil pans from Armandos, I already read that and am now out a measly $425.
