I'd suggest you write a letter to them outlining what's happened so far, with copies to the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau, for starters. Give them a do or die date; if they don't get it to you by then, the letter should warn them that you will expect an immediate refund, and if it isn't forthcoming immediately, that you will seek any and all legal remedies that are available to you. If that doesn't do it, send me an email and we'll work on another letter with copies to the Consumer units at the DA's office and the State A.G.'s office, etc.

As a rule of thumb, I try to use a credit card for my first purchase from someone I haven't used before, for exactly this sort of risk. The great thing about using a card is that you can get the issuer to reverse out the charge until the matter is resolved.

As a last resort, we can start emailing them pictures of Jamo's delicate hind end in masse...nobody can withstand that sort of punishment.
