When I placed my order I was told they weren't set up to accept credit cards. I asked mine to be sent UPS COD and wrote a personal check. Had to make a couple of follow up calls to keep the fire lit and keep them motivated. Delivery was about 3 weeks to 30 days from time of order.

PS: Ditto on Mike's comments regarding call directed to Armando personally. Everyone should be accountable for their actions.
