About that $75K for maximum engine authenticity and show quality paint, I can vouch for that as evidenced by the bills for ERA 409. It was worth it considering owners of originals have walked around and around the car trying to decide whether or not it was originally built in the '60s.
I can vouch for the quality ERA puts into a car. They give you what is expected of a car costing that much and then some.
