sparks...have you been sleeping.?? ..each state is different re what qualifies for a 65 registration or current year. and, to just give the value of the car less engine/trans etc as price paid : guys are going to jail in calif for doing that..under-reporting price paid and thereby taxes short paid too ....nice of you to tell the world cuz i am sure the tax collectors / dmv in illinois don't read this site, hah, and bet they are looking up your file now ...the dmv folks read it in calif and it is getting nasty out there...then in some cases ya want to get insurance and kit cars are treated differenty by some insur co's vs manufactured cars, so then what do you say about your spf , kit or manufactured ? amazing . bill
