Sounds like you are not worried about a specific type of racing where you could use 5 close ratio gears and have a 6th for OD.

So, if you don't need gearing for acceleration above 150 MPH, the 5 speed would be everything you need.

In other words, 99.9 % can use the 5 speed TKO for all their needs.
