I am new to this forum so I will tread lightly. I just ordered a cobra from factory five after drooling and dreaming for years. Now the fun and frustration begins. Is there anyone out there that can help me with titling and more importantly emissions challenges? I have been reading about this new law in IL and I am concerned. I ordered my car with the big block option as I intended to purchase a 514 crate from FMS. This appears to be foolish as the block I am sure is considered new and would be subject to 2002-3 standards. Please email with ideas as I believe this need not be discussed on the forum.
