Hey, guys, it was just an update.

When it goes into production, it'll get a banner ad and everything. Right now, I'm not selling anything so it's not really huckstering.

The chassis is completely custom - no Fiero involved at all (besides, it's too tall!).

The Single Donor is exactly that: a single donor kit.

The Ford V8 engine is mounted as per the original car. In my opinion - yours may vary - you don't put a Chevy motor in a GT40.

I swear that this will all make sense when you see the whole picture.

The reason I put the dash up is because I am looking for any input on it. The lights are in a differnt place than the original (mostly because I think they're easier to see), and I'm leaning towards either VDO or Autometer gauges. I really don't want to use Smiths, because I've seen too many of them have problems, and I want the kit to be as trouble-free as possible. Every part you have to exchange is just more down time for your cars. If you guys have any suggestion for the types of gauges, switches, or dash layout, please let me know. I am looking at different gauge packages, but I'm not finding the right white/black gauges with a 200 mph speedo.

Your pal,
Meat.
