Default BACC 3rd Annual Cobra Banquet

Hello All,

I have been wrestling with options for the 3rd Annual dinner and need some guidance from all of you to make a decision on a facility.

Option #1 St.Francis Yacht Club at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge We would be in the Starting Line room looking across SF Bay toward Alcatraz. This room is available to us through one of our memebers at no cost for the room that can accomodate 150 people comfortably.

THe sit down dinner would be a choice of Salmon or Filet Mignon and the price would be 52.50 for Salmon and 62.50 for Filet. This would include salad , desert, non-alcoholic beverages , tax and gratuity. A cash bar would be set up in the room for anybody that would desire something a little stronger.

Cost per couole would be 1$105 -$125 and the date would be March 29. The cost would reflect your meal choice for you and your significant other.

Here is link to the St. Franicis and there is a listing for local hotels if you are of a mind to stay in town.

Option #2 Tony Roma's in Danville the same place we had last year except that we would have an additional room at the rear to eliminate the crowding we experienced last year. This combination of rooms can accomodate 120 people and the date would be April 5th.

The dinner would be ribs, chicken and Tritip steak with sides. The cost including room rental, dinner , tip and taxs would be $70 per couple. Drinks would ordered from the bar on a cash basis.

I need to know ASAP to work the schedule for a special guest speaker coming from out of town. Last year David Kirkham from Kirkham motor sports was the speaker and I am talking to another Cobra manufactuer that I am waiting for a commitment from.

Tony R.
