If you don't mind spending a little extra dough go with a hydraulic roller. I'd spec around 238 to 240 deg intake 240 to 244 deg exh duration at .050" with .560 to .570 lift on a 112 deg lobe center installed on a 108 deg intake centerline.
If money is a concern look at the same specs for a standard hydraulic cam
If you want a mechanical tappet cam go with 10 deg more duration and .020 to .030 more lift.
