If they are stock stamped steel rockers on factory non-CJ heads, they are likely not adjustable. They can be converted to adjustable by installing the Crane conversion stud kit (Jegs sells them) and using BBF or BBC 1.7 or 1.73 ratio roller rockers. This can be done without removing the heads, and is a good compromise if you are not ready to invest in some aftermarket aluminum heads that come with the adjustable type rocker studs.
