I checked my backorder on Amazon and ship date is still April...
...so:
On 2/13, I ordered the book from the publisher's UK web site.
It arrived today (2/19) via mail.
(That's quicker than UPS ground from Amazon!)
..so, you pay sticker price for the book this way.
I'm at work, so I took a quick flip thru the book...it looks GREAT!
