I would use a air powered body saw.
They use a variety of cutting blades, and develop speeds of approximately 10,000 strokes per minute. Very easy to use, maneuverable, and not really expensive. Works similar to a jig saw, but far superior, in my opinion.
Some of your tool stores will stock them in the $39 - $49 range. In fact, Harbor Freight is running an online special on air saws at $19.95....giving them away. You will need a compressor, though.
