Keith, I'm glad you are enjoying the book. I also appreciate the sympathy, but I can't complain too much. I got a copy from Rinsey Mills in January as thanks for the pictures, but I had ordered the books in August for my brothers, one who owned CSX2306 years ago and started my addiction to Cobras. I got an e-mail response to my inquiry of Amazon that stated that it would probably be shipped on March 10th. There was some weak explanation that the ship date was determined when I ordered it and local availability, yada, yada, yada.... Greenville, SC is not very far from Greensboro, NC last time I checked. I guess the longer ago you ordered, the later your order is filled!!!
Not the best system, to me. I guess they don't count on chat sites like this one spilling the beans about the strange order of order fullfillment. Oh, well, there are quite a few more important things in life.
