I'm one of the tire kickers! I have cash to close a deal, but the market for Cobra's makes me nervous and I don't want to end up with someone else's problem Cobra or pay too much in a down market. I'm very surprised at the number of Cobra's on the market and surprised at how often there is just a few miles on the Cobra's for sale. I, for one, am a nervous buyer.
