Question Hmmm

Well, the motor has only about 200 miles so far, so could that be part of the problem?

I did add a nice billet PCV system, which helped tremendously.. no leakage around the grommets up on the valve covers any more. Just a teeny bit out of the top of the dipstick fitting. the tiny bit gets on the headers, hence the "bandage".. it does seem to be a lot worse dribble if I step on it at all.

I figured the fact that the motor is brand new might be the cause of the slight pressure condition.. rings not seated yet..?
Seems like it would not take much since it is a 514.. oil pressure is 75 cold, 50 hot.

What I have planned is a nice road trip (100 to 200miles) as soon as I get the new dipstick, and the weather co-operates. Hopefully that should help seat the rings ?
