They were only interested in my title and the process taken to license my car. Once they were aware of the fact that I was not the original owner they were basically done. I gave them the bill of sale and showed them the current registration. They were glad to see that I paid tax on the full purchase price. One of 19 people they are investigating did not pay the full tax and may have some issues with that. Their message to me was clear. They are investigating Titles Unlimited and WE don't have anything to worry about.

We in California now have a new approach that we can use to license cars. My suggestion is to use it.
