With a blower in the future, go with the 30lbs. They will still work fine with the other mods before the blower goes on. Well,,,they might be a little rich, 24 would be ideal without blower, and work fine WITH a blower IF the psi was around 5 or so. But 30's at the right price would be OK and you can add more than 5 psi boost later with no problem.
By the way, 5 psi is a good pressure to work with. The engine will "live" longer, give OK increase in power, etc. More than 5 psi, you gotta start thinking about, pistons, bottom end, strength in general.
