IT'S A FRIGGIN NIGHTMARE OVER HERE!!!!
It's not that their "illegal", but their subject to "inspection" that is all but IMPOSSIBLE to pass because the "rules" seem to fluctuate from one DMV office to another. There are ways to get the job done, some better than others, but none are "pretty".
Makes a STRONG case for an Excalibur with that fancy little FEDERAL sticker thingy that comes with it!
