To Perry Henry, thus far there hasn't seemed to be a need for O-ringing as long as quality rubberized gaskets are used.

For Tony R., all I can say is that if the valve geometry of the Victor Junior head is the same as a stock head (no canted valves or stud girdles) and the stock small block valve cover fits, then these adapters should work fine. These adapters don't care if your motor is "strokin'" or behavin' itself.
