I am glad that Mr. Shelby has a foundation that does give money away. He is to be commended for this work - I believe that goes without saying. Any help to those needing transplants is outstanding and I take my hat off to anyone willing to give time and/or money. I admire Mr. Shelby for this act.
That said, and without any editorial comment, if you think that his charity his efficient at providing the financial support you propose, please review their records for actual outlays over the past few years.
While I believe his intentions are honorable, there are many more efficient charitable organizations.
