Simon - you are not really giving enough details for anyone to suggest a rev limit. For example:

Crank/rods/pistons - forged or cast?
Cam - hydraulic or solid?
valve spring spec?
etc.

If you are using a hydraulic cam, that would probably be the limiting factor as the lifters will pump up around 6000rpm anyway.
Otherwise, valvetrain "float" rpm would be the limit, assuming a solid bottom end, and that limit depends on so many things.
