Since it is not a pure picture file, it can't be uploaded to your Gallery.
The file has to be "hosted", or residing on a server somewhere.

Ask Roscoe to put it up for you, then use the link he gives you for your post.

If it is text and pictures, you might want to convert it to Acrobat format, so that those without MS Word can read it.
