I got this reply from my Tom McClintock. He seems to be a friendly, I will email him on the SB100 issue and see if I can get any info.

First, thank you for your e-mail and you can be 100% assured that I will vote no on this bill and do all I can to defeat it in the California Legislature. In the past, as you might know, I have always voted no on all such bills. I am the Vice-Chair of the Senate Transportation Committee and I have always opposed such bills when they are heard in that Committee.
